The milkshake had leaked all in the bag, the waffle was soggy and hardly cooked and as for the 'generous portion' of ice cream that was supposed to come with it, it was hardly a teaspoon full!
The ice cream we ordered bubblegum and again was hardly a teaspoon full and the mint ice cream has been frozen that many times it was grainy and inedible! Certainly not worth nearly 2 a scoop!
We rang to complain about it all and got greated with Yes! Not even a hello! Absolutely disgraceful service and have been refused a refund. Will not order again, such poor service!
