        Sam saw me at very short notice as I was in a lot of discomfort with my left knee. The initial consultation was very thorough and a program of regular stretching exercises was suggested by Sam . 3 weeks later the symptoms have disappeared. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam who has a very personable but professional manner.

        Recommend Sam and Kinesis. Pain in my achilles was stopping my marathon training. Sam was friendly and professional. Put together and adapted a rehabilitation plan to my needs. Got me back on the road so that after 16 weeks I am on the start line.
