Customer service very helpful and knowledgeable. Shoes were not late, damaged or anything negative. The shoes I ordered were very fashionable but still very comfortable.

Mixed order up & send wrong items my order to someone else. Advised that person seemed to be out of the country. Promised urgent reorder as was unable to have final prom fitting until shoes arrived. Had to keep chasing up & was advised stuck at imports! Eventually got them but of poor quality with marks & defects. Shocking customer service and communication. Shoes are of a much poorer quality than something you would buy form New Look for 17.99 Still haven't had a response from seller and out of pocket for returning wrong items at their request. Now had to raise with Paypal but seller doesn't even seem to be responding to that. Have no choice but to use shoes as left with a very last minute prom fitting & unable to source alternative shoes at this final hour. Not so much as a apology!
