Avoid at all costs several faulty and really dirty cars and when I told them to pick the car up they had serious bad attitude. Don't rent faulty cars with damage all over it and you won't get complaints. Telling me they won't replace the car and there nothing wrong with it. Head office had to tell them to swop it over. They lied out of their backsides. Simon and Steven are complete liars. Use a reputable company as there is no head office phone number you can phone its all email no wonder they have bad attitude as they can get away with it.

Very professional staff, car nicely presented, quick hand over and hand back. Very nice car, reasonably priced, no hidden fees or charges, deposit quickly returned. Would use again and recommend.
