L&I Eaton - Carlisle

This garage was the recommended one from my insurance company. The bodywork they did was fine, however the interior of my vehicle was returned with oil stained fingerprints and mould stains on the seatbelt. Ive sent photos of the state its in. My car has a cream leather interior and was an utter disgrace. The seatbelt needs to be replaced. Theyve completely ignored my calls so they win, I give up. Avoid this garage if you want your vehicle treated with care and respect, this lot obviously couldnt care less.

This mini went in for what I would call a minor accident. It was away 5 weeks and came back with the bonnet not aligned properly, fromt bumper not fastened properly on one side and the headlight aim module not working grommets missing under the bonnet. I would appear that it had been done by apprentices

Insurance recommendation, totally appalling. Car not fixed. Returned with scratches, lumpy uneven paintwork, not even correctly colour matched (see pic). Bumpers not fixed. Alloy painted over not replaced the list goes on. Independently assessed on return with over 5800 of cost to put right. Not only issues with body work but the independent assessors found it had not been fixed to manufacturers safety standards, was dangerous and unfit to drive.
