I called as Id broken down opposite the garage and was desperate for help - my engine overheated and I needed help putting coolant in. I was obviously going to offer to pay for the help. The man who I spoke to couldnt have been more unfriendly and aggressive. He shouted no, were not coming out and slammed the phone down on me before Id even finished my sentence.
