        Really great mechanics, go above and beyond with your vehicle... however... their customer communications is spartan at best. They are never rude, just... "not mindful of the customers' need to be kept updated"... would be the most appropriate phrase I would use. Exceptional value for money, but that does means no CRM from a full-time receptionist/customer manager. You just have to trust them...
