Phone co-op claim to be an ethical business...but I discovered that they bank with Barclays who are the worse fossil fuel funders in Europe so have had to change provider (to Green ISP) Everyone needs to be aware of this as they do not openly advertise their support of the fossil fuel industry!

It disappoints me that I'm having to write this review. Currently a pay as you go customer, will be switching soon. Their signal coverage is abysmal with constant issues in regards to recieving texts and calls, as well as sending texts instantly. The pricing is a premium above even some of the more expensive companies touting a 1GB data plan for 10 a month. I looked into their WiFi, pretty much the same situation. It's a real shame as well because their ethos is exactly the right market.

I chose them as a co-operative. For 1 year all fine, with broadband, mobile and landline. However I am now in week 5 without broadband (so no TV) or landline or any gizmos reliant on wifi. All I get is pointers to BT Openreach being at fault. That may be the case but the Phone Co-op have the contract to provide service and they need to get it fixed. The customer service satff are great, keeping me infomred but the firm seems unable to get the fault resolved. Unacceptable.
