Update: Despite the criticism below, I can confirm that the products they sell are of good quality and actually good value for money. Its been a second round that I find myself purchasing items from them and I was quite satisfied with the overall quality for now. I couldnt find any decent cowhide cushions for my living room and had to return to the same well and so took a chance again purchasing it from them. This time round its been a quick and easy process and Im very pleased with the items. Overall Ill give them three stars with the criticism below in mind of past experience: FYI, its the same company as COWHIDE RUGS ENGLAND so in case youre looking for their reviews - its the same one! Simply wanted to return few cushions for being too small for what it was. They sell you a 40 x 40 cm cushion that is actually measured as 35 x 35 Instead of taking responsibility and arranging for a collection or at least charge you the same cost of delivery (5.99) they prefer to shout at you over the phone telling you why Amazon is terrible and everyone is terrible and they are the best because theyre locally sourced and not sponsoring so-called slavery as they put it. Felt like I should apologise for even daring to contact them or being a customer DPD was returned in the same evening on my time and dime (cost me 7 to deliver it and had to find a DPD collection point) and got to them 24-48 hours later. Few days later Im calling for an update and the lovely Nick tells me they dont open any of the returns before Tuesday the following week. Interesting habit. Im calling on Tuesday for an update the lady tells me itll be processed in 5-7 working days. Interesting right? No emails, no confirmations. Im calling again on Wednesday to see whether I can get some confirmation - they now claim they dont process refunds until the last Friday of each month (interesting again no?) but for me theyll rush it up (gee thanks!). Now they claim refunds are taking 2-4 days (not 5-7 days as they previously said). This company is deeply stuck in the 1980s where the owner is always right and the buyers should go to Unpleasant interaction, old fashion patronising of the customers in an utter regrettable experience. Should call this place Fawlty Towers but city cows do them justice just as much. Worth considering an alternative vendor if you can.

Ordered gloves 7 days ago. No detail is provided on when they will arrive when you do order. Finally got an email from DPD on Thursday saying they would arrive Friday. Now, its Friday DPD now say Monday. This is what you get for 6 delivery charge. The other annoying thing is the continuous emails, that I am sure I said no to, on their other products. They need to sort out their logistics. I cant even judge if what I bought are any good, but I wont be using them again.

I bought a quad genuine sheepskin rug from City Cows and this was my first ever purchase. Their customer service is excellent. The rug was delivered within a few days of placing online order and the rug was on sale. I was able to choose a delivery date with DPD. The rug is so so soft and even in hot weather it feels super cool. I love the cappuccino colour of the rug. Overall I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and I would highly recommend this company for high quality rugs.

I wish I'd read the negative reviews on here before ordering. I ordered a pair of gloves. The incorrect size was sent. I emailed immediately to explain the situation and as per their refund policy I sent back recorded delivery and request a full refund and cost of me shipping them back , as the wrong item was sent. I chased several times, and in the end telephoned. I very nicely explained the situation to a man who answered the phone, and his answer was simply.......erm, I think we're sending you another pair, he almost sounded annoyed that I'd called, rather than apologetic for their mistake. I continued to chase, and a lady, who was quite nice to be fair, raised a refund. I never however received the cost to shop the item back, and no reply to my recent emails. Given their lack of customer service, I would avoid at all contacts.
