A fabulous afternoon spent baking afternoon tea. We learned a lot and have recipes we will definitely be trying again. We came away with so much food it kept us going for days! Would definitely recommend.

Paul made a Croquembouche for our wedding day and it was absolutely delicious. The pice monte was a real showstopper and all the guests loved it! It also got the seal of approval from my French family (and myself), who are incredibly fussy/particular when it comes to ptisserie. The caramel and vanilla crme ptissire filling were just divine. Merci Cotswold Baking, c'tait un vrai rgal pour nous tous!

Paul made a gluten free Victoria sponge for my partners birthday. It was absolutely superb! Paul is so professional and the attention to detail was perfect even down to the fine detail he put on the decoration of the cream between the sponge!

Just seen their van use the wrong lane to cut someone up on the Woodstock roundabout. Not really the best thing to be doing in a company van covered in logos. Can only assume their baking is equally unprofessional.
