This is a beautiful church with a stunning Norman arch at the entrance depicting Jonah being swallowed by the Whale. Inside there is a colourful medieval rood screen. The surroundings outside are incredibly tranquil any time of the year..... It's the perfect place to sit and reflect... one of my favourite places in the world.

I may be biased as churchwarden but this is a lovely church. Open during daylight hours for quiet contemplation.

Fabulous Norman doorway with elaborately carved tympanum featuring monster with head in mouth. Other things of interest here include monumental brass and, outside, the little carved heads - one in a string by the roof appears to be wearing glasses, while another by a window seems to be in 'green man' style. The church itself is not far from the Rollright stones and another interesting church at Hook Norton. Limited free parking on country road by the church.
