Kineton Manor

Heartbreaking to watch a family grieve over a loved one they lost because of the lack of care from this care home !! They trusted their family member in the care of Kineton manor and have been severely let down in more ways than one.. From the outside it might look like a nice friendly place but a very different story from what actually goes on inside the home and the staff members who thought it was okay to laugh and mock a old lady in there care!!

Mum was placed in here for 4 weeks care until she could travel North after 3 weeks in here my mum died after they failed to notice her oxygen levels were low over 2 days and failed to involve an ambulance until it was too late , please avoid this care home if you love your parents , no contact from care home to show any concerns I may have or a simple condolences and watch out for the derogatory racial slurs from the receptionist who mocked my mum's accent when me and my daughter witnessed this on our last visit before my mum died in their care ! Please avoid this care home and look elsewhere

Kinston Manor is a fantastic nursing home, my nan has been in there for a few years and I couldn't ask for a better place, they're even keeping me updated throughout this pandemic which is fab. You need a top care home for a relative, use kinetin Manor.
