Seccombes Ltd

We have been dealing with Colebrook Seccombes as the purchaser of a property they are selling. We have found the Colebrooks agents have been incredibly helpful at every stage of the purchase so far. Viewings were a pleasure, as they left us to wonder around when we needed to and make up our own minds about the property but also very knowledgeable about the vendors the property and the local area. They were the best estate agents we dealt with when viewing properties to buy by far!

I really can't recommend this agency too highly. Thanks to them, I am sitting in a gorgeous kitchen of a house I love. I had been looking for nine months and had pretty much given up hope of finding anything suitable. Out of the blue, one of the Colebrook Seccombes team rang me to say that a house had come back on the market would I like to go and see it? I would, I did, I purchased. Special mention must go to Andrew Seccombes who patiently accompanied me on several viewings with various best mates in tow. And during the final stressy toings and froings between the solicitors, he made sure that everyone was on the same page and kept talking to one another. I only wish that the (much bigger) agency I used to sell my own house had been a fraction as committed or efficient. They are simply wonderful.

Its apparent that selling houses the team are very good. We can speculate why that would be.however if you are a tenant they do not treat you with the same level of respect. They will patronise you, talk down to you and then put the blame on you. Please go with another letting agent. I am a home owner and would be mortified if I knew a letting agent was talking to my tenants in the same way.

Colebrook Seccombes are amazing, so friendly and helpful, they keep in contact with you every step of the way, Andrew goes above and beyond to help, very happy, would recommend to anyone!
