This place is amazing I was messed about buy another dealership and needed a car soon as possible they sorted the fiance out on a Saturday and the car I took it home and found small problem me been fussy I contacted dealership buy Monday had it back gave me car too use why been sorted now back on the road I can highly recommend this place and there service they provide and want be going any wear eles thank you so much

Joe and his team did a great job in looking after my car. It was in for a cam-belt change in which they also took the time to give the car a free overall health check, where he pointed out some areas that may need attention before the next MOT. He had also found the air conditioning pump wasn't attached properly to the car and took the effort to find some suitable bolts to secure it properly - he never charged me for the fix. Brilliant service with an honest and laid-back approach. I'll be sure to go to these guys for any future maintenance work. I had an issue with my car after having a so called mechanic fix it ! I Searched around and came across smiths and clarks autoworks and had joe come out and help to sort the issue out found out I needed a part that had failed so my car kept going into limp mode joe fitted the part a couple of days later and car was fixed a few days later car went back into limp mode I found out my dpf was blocked slightly even tho I had paid another company to fix it joe once again used his magic and car has been fine since with no issues touch wood . Joe has helped me a few times and always wants to help even tho I feel like I am nagging him all the time . Always has a smile on his face and will always take the time to talk you through the work he is doing or going to do. As long as joe is working I won't use anyone els he is the only one I trust with my car ! And I can't fault Iain or Elliott they are always wanting to help . I recently had my new chain fitted on my motorcycle and it couldn't have been any more straight forward. The guys at Smith and Clarks were very welcoming and Joe their technician is very knowledgeable explained different parts of the process and future work that may need to be completed and took his time to make sure everything was done properly which gave me complete peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Smith and Clarks Autoworks and i will be having any future work done through them.
