Really disappointing service and an awful architect. Engaged to support a simple 1st floor extension. Discussed the constraints with the existing space, he then developed a proposal that did nothing to address these... then wanted payment. After working with him to address the constraints, suggesting possible mitigations (should the client be doing this?), the planning application was lodged but intentionally hampered by this architect. A long and arduous process further overcomplicated by a poor architect with extremely poor customer engagement skills, beyond the sales pitch. Far better out there such as Fitch Butterfield; better price, far superior service and confidence that the job will get done (confidence this architect will never give you).
