Service is incredible and fast I now have multiple Emu black ECU's from this company along with lots of add-ons. And I have sent my pnp adapters to them multiple times to have plugs wired and yesterday I sent them my ECU for testing today they had it tested and sent back to me including usb which was diagnosed as the fault, free of charge.
Couldn't reccomend them enough for customer service and products supplied

Had my car for nearly 10 weeks and still wasn't mapped. no communication. Broke my car with no explanation, then when my car went somewhere else (who knew what they was doing) they said the file on my car was questionable!! I wouldn't let them map my go kart !!! You have been warned !
