AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! **DO NOT BUY FROM HERE** purchased over 1000 of resin from this company to do our workshop floors (over 100sqm) did exactly as stated in the instructions however the finish is obismsal. Emailed them, and rang them for help on numerous occasions now and got no reply what so ever!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely fuming at the level of customer service from this company. Soon as they have your money they don't want to know.

I spoke to a couple of companies and they were simply not really interested. I spoke to Ben here at Resins Direct and he spent over 45 mins explaining and giving answers to my repetitive questions ! Great customer service so far , so I decided to order from him instead of going back to others. I just hope that the goods are as described and do the job. Which I am sure they will . Ash

Very disappointed with this company. Never buy from them again. Big garage floor over 500 sqm, Concrete Primer, Epoxy Floor Paint over 2K worth of paint. Rubbish product. Applied as per instruction. Left it for a very long time to dry yet it started peeling as soon as we had cars in. Customer service will say anything to catch you on a non existing lie to take the blame off themselves. Sent them samples of peeled paint from resin paint as they've requested and they never bothered to call me back. Had to fork out more money to buy a proper product as the client wanted to finish the job asap. Not refunded a penny back. Absolute RUBBISH!! AVOID AVOID.
