Really inefficient!! And back to the email speed is too slow, and one-off don't solve the problem of all, has been a waste of time, really make people mad, and a lot of information has been sent to the company, but still want to continue to and I confirmed that yao has been sent, and a lot of things have been very clear, is not flexible. In terms of professional level, the speed of reply to information is very slow, and the problems raised will not help to solve, customer service attitude is also very poor, often do not reply to information.

At this point Im over it , the process is long an tedious . I feel like they need to let you know exactly what is needed from the start. I was sent a link which I filled out all of what was asked , however during the process I was still emailed asking for additional details. In addition to that , I had reference request being sent to wrong individuals. Its just more stress upon the stress of moving . Im due to move in a week & im still crossing my fingers that everything work out before then because if it isnt .

This company are extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate- they caused immense stress and will leave you in the dark. To any companies considering using this organisation Id strongly suggest against it as its put me off ever applying for a tenancy again if I see this company attatched to it. Agree with the other review about it feeling like a police intervention. And ps, no, you wont find me in your system as I wish to remain anonymous.

Advanced Rent are professional in every way. They turn things around very fast and very efficiently and are always helpful when you speak to them over the phone. Unfortunately, there are too many people out there at the moment wanting to air their dirty linen in public, as if anyone is really interested anyhow! However, these so called human beings, cause damage to businesses and intentionally hurt people. If you have something nice and positive to say then go ahead but don't just vent your spleen because Google has given you a platform to do so on. Keep up the good work Advanced Rent!
