        Had a very rude woman speak to me in a way that reflected my whole experience at Tesco pharmacy Thetford. I waited while three staff members just stood behind the computer chatting and when I actually got served I was grilled to a extent where I started to feel uncomfortable. When I was asked a question and then I replied, I then received a snappy and rude response as I didn't seem to give the right answer. Will not be going to Thetford pharmacy again!!!!

        Sent by Bury hospice to collect end of life meds, only to find they are closed for lunch! Website says 8am till 8pm....not helpful!

        It takes one unpleasant customer service assistant to ruin it all for me... I was a loyal customer for a long time. Long before this rude lady with dark brown hair started to work there. Every time I would come to collect my medicine she made me feel so unwelcomed, her annoyance is just too much. Unfortunately, I do not know her name. I changed pharmacies.
