I cannot rate this company high enough, the work we had done 3 years ago has transformed our loft space. Last week the catch broke on the hatch, through general wear and tear, so I called and spoke to Darren who arranged for a fitter to call today. I was fully expecting to pay for anyone work that was done but the catch was replaced and there was no charge! Please dont even consider anyone else for your loft ladders/flooring you will not find anyone better than these guys out there.

Although on the surface the quality looks good the team who installed ours did a terrible job. They butchered the ceiling knocking out spotlights and damaging the plaster. I forgave this initially as theres always a bit of damage in building work. However we were quoted to turn the loft hatch through 90 degrees this did not happen because of the wires near by which they were aware of before install (these were noted in the original consultation). However two years on we are doing some electrical work and have noticed more problems! Pretty much every screw has been rounded so the boards are virtually impossible to move! They hammered one in so hard theyve damaged the roof truss instead of cutting the board to fit around the truss. All the ends and rubbish were conveniently left for us hidden under the new installed boards. Absolutely disgraceful no passion for their work and I cant emphasise enough that I would never use them or recommend them.

Pleasant and knowledgeable guy who did our estimate quoted 1790 altogether with vat for 300 Square feet ladder and light ...the lads who fitted were great but after they had gone my partner went up into the loft ( i couldnt go in there to inspect it when they had finished as i am disabled ) to find they had only fitted just 201square feet i rang and spoke to Ben they arranged for someone to come out and check and I was quickly refunded for the missing flooring we were very disappointed at first especially after i signed the invoice where they had written the materials they had used 6 packs when clearly they knew they hadn't...big difference 100 Square feet ..but the company rectified this as soon as they were aware and refunded the difference that's the main thing and overall very happy with the work done

To say I am thrilled with the job that Yorkshire Loft Ladders did would be an understatement. They did a fantastic job. They were efficient and left everything lovely and clean. Its like having an extra room now but cheaper than an extension! I would highly recommend Yorkshire Loft Ladders to anyone thinking about it. Just do it! I am so pleased with the result.
