        Buy here if you want the following from your home: - A house not built to specification - Tiles that click as they are not laid properly - Mould - Defective Driveways - Skirting boards that dont join properly - Uneven brick laying - Radiators not placed correctly - Exposed nails left in fencing - Turf laid directly onto hardcourt :-) - Missed decorating - Birds left to nest in roof where bricks are not present - A continual struggle with customer services - Push back by Linden to get defects fixed by NHBC I have had several things fixed some to a satisfactory standard but the final few items Im writing off and therefore giving an open and honest realisation of what you can expect. On the plus side Marc the site manager is accommodating and he was not in charge of my build.

        Bought house moved it, snagging list still waiting. They send uncaring, mess making contractors. Don't reply to emails and say they'll do stuff, then don't. Forget our home, we've waited for 6 days for them to fix an empty homes boiler which is whistling away, day and night. Mind you at least it has a flume, we've been waiting 10 months for one...
