        Booked a cab 24 hours in advance for an elderly cancer sufferer. Not only did the cab not show when gentleman called they said they would call back. They didnt call and the gentleman has to get a bus as he is immune suppressed he wanted to avoid going on public transport. When I called the office usual lies about car breakdowns.
