Checked Google and it said it was open. Door was open and myself and my 79 year old mum went in and went down the stairs.
A man came towards me with a very unfriendly attitude and said what are you doing? I asked are you open, he said what? I repeated Are you open? He said No very abruptly and pointed back towards the stairs. The group of dodgy looking blokes behind him were staring at us so we left.
Awful customer service and terrible attitude.
If youre not open, change your times on Google and shut the front door. Not rocket science is it.
