        Never enough staff working the counter. Plenty having a chat or doing nothing. New self service counters installed, but of course, like many of the staff, they are not working.

        My closest post office and couldnt be happier. Im very new to the UK and come from a place lace where our postal service is non existent so it really was so helpful having staff willing to help me out when it came to doing the whole drivers licence swap. Theyre also just very helpful with all other services. Our area post man is so friendly as well. Just makes all the difference having such good service delivery!

        The staff dont know how to do stuff they made me change my verification twice and didn't do it saying it's wrong went to another postcode they done it within a minute avoid going here
