        Helen was very attentive, making every effort to make our toy poodle feel relaxed and happy. The meet and greet prior to grooming was a great opportunity to explain what sort of cut we wanted and meant that our "little lad" was familiar with both Helen and his surroundings. I felt safe and happy leaving him in her care.Altogether a very positive experience.
