Been coming to this nail shop religiously for over a year was so delighted and happy with how long they lasted and how great the designs turned out, but the last three times Ive visited there has been a loss of great customer service. I am devastated with the nails Im left with today, totally not the shape, nor the design I wanted. My two hands look like they were not even done by the same person!! One side sooo much thicker than the other. She pulled my skin from under so much that my fingertips are hot and swollen. Its almost as if she wanted my nails to look bad? Two ladies beside me also complaining and she brushed it off? What the owner must understand is you need to treat all clients like they are paying you? Funding your whole business? You lose customers then you lose business babe. Instead of treating clients good or bad to how they look or how they act. I work as a manager and customer service is Everything!! Will never be coming again. Services: Acrylic nails, French manicures

Unfortunately my experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. I have had two treatments by them. The first time the gel started falling off my the time I got home.. LOL Today I have had the worst manicure ever it doesnt even look like my nails have been done and not to mention they have never been clear about the price I paid the same amount I paid for gel nails! It is as if they make it up as they go along. Please see the picture below for this horrible treatment! I feel robbed of 20 honestly. God will rain fire upon you!

Ive been going here long enough to be familiar with their work, usually quite neat however waiting time is a big downfall. I recently went in asking for a infill & the woman turned to her colleague (in their language obviously asking if he had time for me), he then looked me up and down, stared and responded in their language and she said no. This type of customer service is extremely poor and rude. Im familiar with workers speaking in their language but it shouldnt be done in a way to make your clientele feel a way. I wasnt a raggedy person off the street asking for the full works. Its a shame Ill be looking elsewhere for a new place but a little respect goes a long way. Services: Manicure, Pedicure
