Originally I was very unhappy with the treatment I received from the nail technician Sarah who was quite hostile when I mentioned I was not a fan of the colour, however Sophia offered to redo it (free of charge) and put emphasis on how she wanted me to leave feeling content with my nails. Ultimately once my nails were redone I was very happy with them and the service I received from Sophia, she was so kind, understanding and helpful so I will definitely be coming back!! First, and last time there. The experience was unpleasant. It was unclean and unhygenic. The person doing my nails dumped my fingers with SNS into a pot of extremely hot remover, but I have extremely sensitive hands (which you could see from the rashes I had that day) and he didn't ask if it was ok. A soaked piece of cotton wool and silver foil has been used in other salons Ive been to, and have done a quicker job without effecting my fingers/ hands. The job felt rushed after that, and he cut the side of my cuticle, which I understand can happen, but no apology was given. The only positive was that they looked fine after, but after only one week, one nail chipped and another chipped a few days later, possibly due to the fact that they were filled too low. Which again, I wasnt asked about. I will not return and would not recommend it.
