        Worst experience ever, they would not deal with the issue covered by the warranty. Apparently there are specialising in selling fake products with short life but charging a lot. Stay away.

        Though staff are friendly/nice, experiences differed. Sent in an item to be repaired only for it to be collected covered in significant amount of coffee stains with no apology or explanation. I was not updated on the duration of (extra) time it would take to be fixed in addition to being charged extra.
