I purchase power adaptor 15 for my silk epil machine just in case I took my machine with me to try there. The guy he open the product and tried the adaptor the machine was worked. When I came home I try the machine yes adaptor make the machine sound like works but it doesnt function just made noise not actually worked. Next day I took the adaptor back, explained and asked for refund. He was resing his voice and forcing me to choose any other item plus pay extra on it to replace it. But strictly no money refund he said! Because of the policy...( there was no policy) he lies.. I have receit but theres no policy etc on my receit, hes was just make things up and excuse to hold my money! It might not a big amount but its my money I dont want to waste my money for random item for I am not going to use. Please be aware of this fake #gadgethub shop they are NOT honest and very dodgy holds people money! Most of the time I try to shop small shops to support them but if is always like that very bad influence for other shops too. Be awere of their honest policy!

My mother came to this shop to get her phone fixed and when it was returned to her, the issue with the phone was still there. On top of this she was charged extra for unknown reasons, so my mother asked why the phone wasnt fixed as expected from a normal customer. She was taken aback with the customer service as the man working there was quite rude towards her for the simple fact she was asking a normal question. I came back with her tried to also find the reason as to why the phone wasnt fixed. By the end of this, I asked for my receipt and yet again he was rude towards me because I have asked for a receipt. At least now we know not to come back to this shop.
