        I bought a tripod that didnt work. I went to change for the one i needed which they didnt have. I asked for a refund. Not possible. Then I had to choose for another one and it was so dusty, it was not a very nice experience. Guy was not really nice.

        The shop assistant was just superb , nothing was too much trouble, he gave me outstanding advice and helped me to realise that my broken phone wasn't broken after all and just needed charging up ! Can't recommend the shop highly enough . I will definitely be using this shop again . So generous and so knowledgeable . Many thanks indeed . Much aporeciated .

        they are selling phones locked onto Vietnamese networks "VIETELL: "do not buy after the 1 day my phone got blocked !!!!!!

        Disappointed with the service and the problems were numerous. Agreed a replacement for my battery & charging port. The delivery of the service was postponed twice so in total I had to make four trips to the shop to get my phone fixed. The phone returned without a functioning earphone speaker while there were absolutely no issues before. Staff warned "no guarantee" but they literally returned the phone in a worse shape. NOT RECOMMENDED
