I only met with Emma and spoke briefly with Laura on the phone for my purchase, apparently they are a small team, however, with an efficiency superior to another agency I dealt with for my sales who had a large team in comparison. I had a lot of questions from the beginning, and Emma always forwarded to the seller quickly and got back to me with their response in no time. Not sure if accidentally or due to their location, but I find their properties on the market somewhat unique in a lovely way as well. If I ever have to do this (sell & purchase) again in my life time, no doubt I would go to them first :)

I honestly cant recommend Hayley as a Mortgage Advisor enough. Throughout the whole process she has been amazing with her advice, help, making sure I understood each part of the application process. Shes always available to answer any questions or put my mind at rest if Ive had concerns. Thank you so much.

Hayley has been absolutely amazing with getting us through our mortgage application. She has really put our minds at ease through the whole process and managed to get our application accepted in 3 days! Also got us a great deal on insurance. We recently used Woodwards for our rental property. Laura and Emma were absolutely fantastic, extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They found us a lovely Tennant in no time and dealt with everything. Would recommend to anyone! Best local estate agent by far
