Very bad experience , the Muslim brother there is not professional at all , will never go there again

Thats what happened Today Wednesday 12th April 17:00 I visited Kilburn stores , and never again, an extremely impudent female so called member of staff spoke rudely to my 14 years old son who was sat waiting for his unknown turn to be served , my son was talking to me , when she gave him the dirtiest look in the eye telling him when , the staff is helping customers he needs to be patient !! He wasnt even looking at her , When she was free to see him he told her his SIM needs unlocking, she stormed to a private room for 5 seconds then came out to tell him that he needs a new SIM and they dont have one. The chaos pervades the store, customers walk in and sit down like at a barber shop you dont know whos next , 1 star is too good for the way we were treated.
