I went to go take my grandmother to GP for her appointment and the service was welcoming and pleasant. Id like to compliment Dr Dufu in particular she was so sweet and kind and made my grandmother feel comfortable even though there was a language barrier.

Avoid this practice, unfortunately this is the closest GP to my home therefore I stayed register with them for 4 years, in this 4years I couldnt find even 1 Dr that is good in this GP. When I compare with my previous GP I see that no one cares about you here! Everything is a mess, their online app is useless as you can never use it to book appointment. No one informs you regarding your test results. Long wait for appointments. I used to always receive text message reminding my yearly vaccination and asthma review from my previous GP but with them never, it shows that how much they care about you! They just simply say if its urgent call 111, and recently whenever you call them to book an appointment, the response is to call 8 in the morning as we dont have any appointments in two weeks and no access to the system. Eventually registered with another GP, little bit far but worth it.
