If I could give zero stars I would. The man who runs this store is dishonest, distasteful and cannot even do his job properly. I came to fix a minor blurriness with my front camera and left with a phone with no face ID, no speakers and doesn't turn on at all, it is just a blank screen and the apple sign comes on occasionally, the screws were misplaced and wires bent incorrectly. The phone no longer functions AT ALL, it was perfect before. Also, the camera is still blurry. DO NOT COME HERE AS THIS MAN WILL DESTROY YOUR PHONE, WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I came here to have my phone front camera fixed, the man convinced me that all I needed to do was change the screen which only had minor damage. He never fixed the camera but claimed to have cleaned it. As he put the screen on, the phone would no longer turn on. This had never happened to my phone before. As it was HIS mistake he kept the phone overnight to fix it, he gave it to me the next day seemingly working and I paid him for his services, however, I noticed the speaker no longer works on calls and nor did FACE ID, these problems never existed before I came here. Within a few hours, the phone screen went black again and the phone wouldn't turn on, obviously he'd done a half-hearted job at fixing the issue that he caused as it reoccurred. I went back AGAIN, wasting more money on petrol and parking fees, begging to have my money back so I could take it elsewhere to be fixed, he was rude, manipulative and dishonest. It took him over an hour to return my money and only did so after removing the new screen he'd put on for me and REALLY BADLY putting the old one back on. I've gone to a honest phone repair store and the man told me that the wires had been placed into the phone and bent the wrong way around which is why face ID and other technicalities no longer worked. The man at VMG is either truly terrible at his job, or pure evil and wanted to make my life more difficult hence why bending the wire incorrectly. He also lied about being Muslim and said he didn't want 'Haram' money, he doesn't actually know what that even means bc he isn't muslim.
