Kieran and Juber assisted me numerous times on the past. Both delivered excellent customer service, warm welcome, always polite and well manner, helping our community the best they can. Today I was assisted by a New Member of Staff, Jermaine. Let me tell ya, what a super nice dude. He assisted me on a very polite and professional level. Smily happy approach. 5 star customer service. EXPOSE - Branch manager & Muhammad should be fired! He was rude told Customer to shut up & f off, came from behind counter & Assaulted her. Long time customer called police who requested cctv footage but AREA MANAGER - Lawrence/Steven? Refused to cooperate with investigation & banned the customer even though the store Manager took her complaint and was happy to serve & support her, as she had been a good long time customer who got along with all stuff, was socially in contact with alot Dean Juba Sam & others, even attended some of their work parties. Muhammad tried to intimidate & offend a female customer, that was not talking to him & he became very unprofessional. Nobody stood up to protect or defend the customer but when MEN are having an actual fight in the store (blood spill) no staff got involved
