I go to get my post from there 30 minutes before closing time and the person working there tells me they're closed

I had a 48hrs parcel sent to me. I had multiple, your item arriving today emails as well as multiple 'Delivery Attempted - Address Inaccessible' reasons for not showing up. This is just not true, I live at the address and it's within walking distance from the depo. If the item is late, let it be late, and don't make me wait for the delivery only to receive a fake message about my address being inaccessible. Contacted Royal Mail help, and they just told me what I already knew.

Of the 4 or so times this year I've been forced to visit the collection centre, it has been closed 3 times; and on top of that I am still waiting for parcels that were posted over 2 weeks ago to even show up. It seems extremely unjust to hold your paying clients to ramson like this, when you have no backup services in place to care for your customers at such an important time in the year. Unfortunately our postal service does need to update itself (to remain competitive in today's market place), and these public displays of puerile behaviour are only encouraging your existing client base to find alternatives for the current services you offer.

After not delivering my parcel as request and sending it back to the delivery office, I arranged especially to be able to pick it up in my lunchtime (I cant make the opening times). I came on Wednesday 13:00 and it was closed!!!! Should be open until 16:00. This is ridiculous.
