Great service from John and Ed. A nice showroom with a good range of the top brands Grohe Laufen etc. Prices were very good too.

I cant thank Ed enough i was a v nervous customer and so many mistakes with my orders ..i changed a bathroom into a walk in shower room ...i honestly must have pestered Ed for nearly 6 months he was amazing ..advised me honestly and even drew out my measurements on the show room floor! Lauren was equally kind with her time and knowledge ..the pricing was excellent and they are indeed specialists at their game . The show room is so classy ..give it a try ..u wont be dissapointed !

Terrific customer service from the beginning. Not only beat my quote from another leading bathroom company but offered equivalent or better quality options. Items were delivered a few days after ordering. Lauren offered helpful practical suggestions and the few problems I had were resolved immediately by Lauren and Ed. I strongly recommend them. Not just for a full fancy refit. They are excellent if you just need a new basin, towel radiator and some good advice.

Lauren Davis at Flow Bathrooms, Kilburn, was brilliant in helping us choose the best tile colours, textures and sizes. She promptly gave me quotes for various options. The delivery time was only 2 days as well which is great. I'd recommend you see her and get her advice if nothing else! Michael, London NW6
