Lack of care for my brother who has been under the community team for many years. Due to psychiatrist Dr zabate not listening to the family we have struggled for months to get the right care for my brother. In turn he led to the worst and was hospitalised. Very very unwell. Still tried to communicate with coordinator and there was a lack of communication with him regardless of my brother being unwell. Definitely taking this case further and requesting a change in his current unsupportive team.

This Brondesbury Mental Health Service Is Absolutely Rubbish! That S.O.B (Google Meaning) dr massimo bernini tried to make my condition worse by suggesting to my GP to stop prescribing the medication that I have been taking for several years. I went here so, these idiots can help me, but they try to make my mental health worse and I'm sick of this useless mental health service. Because they have no compassion and are not willing to help anyone the NHS complaints procedure is Extremely Bias that's why these vile human beings get away with it. And that idiot Ian Currie who is in charge of this service is a clown he belongs in a circus. If they have wronged you in anyway best thing to do is name and shame them on social media and don't let them get away with it!.

Under-funded staff under pressure, under paid, and under recruited. The mental heath services have broken down. This is costing more than equipping them properly.

Most unprofessional, uncaring place I have ever visited in my whole life. Experience s were so bad, I was left feeling more distressed than I had been on arrival. On first meeting, I was assigned a councellor and was given his direct mobile number to call at any time. I was desperate to talk to him, on one occasion and tried for three days, also sent texts. He never responded. I reported him to the head of mental health services in Brent. Second visit, I saw the rudest, most arrogant, uncaring psychiatrist. I left that building sobbing and have not been back there since. I complained via letter to the psychiatrist I spoke with. Pointless. He did not take responsibility for his behaviour. He just made up excuses. APPALLED.
