        I usually go to this practice and have a good experience as Ive been at this practice since I was a baby but today as I called the receptionist to get my blood test results, she was shouting through the phone with a horrible tone and attitude and as I just wanted to confirm what she had said she rudely went yeah I just said that and ended the phone in a rudely manor. Please sort this out.

        Have been with the practice for a while with my 2 boys and husband Dr Hanosh is extremely nice , helpful , accommodating and very caring Gp . Her staff as well are very courteous and helpful..whenever I call I get a response quickly whether for me or my family . I highly recommend the practice as a family Gp because Dr Hanoush and her staff are very friendly , professionals and very caring .
