Excellent service, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and delivering a high standard of professionalism. Very reasonable prices. My questions were answered in a reassuring manner and with patience. Both Joshi and Sam were very helpful and understanding. This was my first visit to their store, and I was put at ease immediately with their down to earth attitude and manner. I was given an appointment on the day, which resulted in my eyes being tested and me walking out the door within an hour with a fabulous pair of glasses. There is an extensive range of choices available. 5 stars do not do their service justice. In the future, I will not be going anywhere else and no longer have to wait 2 weeks or more to renew my prescription. This is the longest ever review I have left, and I do not normally leave them. However, I have made an exception in this case, given the staggeringly good experience I had today at S. Patel. Fantastic. I could go on, but I may not finish for some time. Thank you very much, Sam & Joshi.

Joshi was amazing assisting me with choosing the perfect frame, absolutely recommend and I'll be back for sunglasses!
