I returned home having felt mislead and 'puntered', not the nurturing, relaxing experience she promotes. I regret being taken in by her appealing website. The content is misleading. She was crabby and doesn't seem to enjoy her work at all which is a great shame. She also has temper issues, surpising for someone who professes to 'work with sensitivity, intuition and a caring attitude'. Sartoo seems considerable older than she presents on her website. I'd guess nearer to her 60s than the 'youthful' individual portrayed on her website.
