        BREAKING NEWS we are very sad to hear the current library manager in kilburn library center is leaving, he was very kind, helpful and polite. He has been with us in the library for many years and every time i came to library he would go above and beyond to help me with any issue that i have. the library will not the same without him here. and i am hoping that the new manager can fill his shoes. i wish the him best because he is the best. this review includes 6 other members of this library who fell the same way.

        URGENT MESSAGE TO THE LIBRARY MEMBERS: I want to complain about the lady security in the library Kilburn she is very unprofessional she was very rude to me they had 0 communication skills and no experience with the members of the library she told me to shut up and I heard her being rude to the other members we were not allowed to speak and ask questions I was very disappointed and upset. The people do not feel safe she is a woman security she just sits around and is not doing her job properly. She is most of the time on the phone. The body language is very rude.This lady security is unacceptable she needs to be sacked. The other staff members are excellent only her. PLEASE TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY. SHE DESERVES -1000.
