I have a medical issue and cannot eat spicy food. They delivered me a spicy meal by accident, but were then able to offer no solution to resolve.

Has been good in the past, however today I had to realise the fact that over the past year as a customer I do no longer trust this food establishment like years before. We were given cold rice, from two different batches, dated on the same day. I decided to go with my gut and not eat. Our confidence has unfortunately been lost after a history of inaccuracies with our orders, and now having to question ourselves if the food is safe for consumption or not. I dont think Sams should be okay with this being their recent standards of service.
