Went in for a digital passport photo, service was quite quick but terrible. Staff took my photo, processed it on the machine where the price was written as 10.00. At the till, they charged me 15. I asked why it was different from the machine. The staff member got quite defensive and argumentative saying You can ask my colleague, then shouted across to his colleague hey when was the last time photos were 10.00, colleague responds dismissively with about 10 years ago. I ask why they havent been updated in 10 years, he says its not his job, hes not the manager, I ask him to raise it with his manager and he says nothing I can do, is not his job. Just a really unpleasant experience, should have gone somewhere else. Staff were also quite bad at communication, they would speak in really low voices to customers that you had to ask them to repeat or just gesture to come to the till. I understand if youre having a tough day or dont enjoy your job but dont take it out on customers!
