Best experience I had in dental Industry so far. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Whether your question is about practical or theory, you will always get the answer for it). I had the best experience with the co-manager there. He takes his job very seriously, but that never stop you from having a great conversation with him about anything during work. Definitely recommending this lab for dentists out there and also for students looking for job experience, you will learn a lot in there.

For all future dental technicians looking for a lab to work and be able develop in. Labtech in Kilburn is not the one. The staff are rude, the manager clearly hates his job. I worked there for quite sometime, and I hated it. The manager there is very rude and is not willing to help teach, he would send me to the front which is the Opticians owned by his brother to help him with his paper work rather than teaching me about what I'm supposed to learn. I'd rather you take your dental samples elsewhere as people here are not willing to help but complain. The manager here doesn't even like his staff. They're losing money anyway and are not able to pay their staff properly. Lets not even start with the pay I received ( an actual Joke). I was only taught by one of the co-managers (Mo) but not the actual manager himself (Jay) as he was very busy, probably would've received a better treatment. I wasn't the only one with me was a girl from Italy who then stopped coming in towards the end. She told me it was so depressing and she was glad she as out. Also their lab is in such poor condition and the environment itself is so cramped. The staff are all moody and miserable (I don't blame them). But seriously don't bother working there, if they can get a free "extra" hand, they will take you in but you will always be in the corner. Anyways Mo's excuse was "I was too slow and I didn't get things quickly", I left within that day. There's a reason why I'm slow Mo because I have you as a teacher. With his stinking attitude and Narrow Minded self he ain't gonna go far (clearly) but still be stuck where he is. I really do hope that he takes class in manners, etiquettes and kindness... he really needs it. Its a shame I wasn't able to work with the actual manager that way I would've understood the overall face of the people who work here. Its also a shame that it can take people to demotivate others who aspire to become something just because they're not happy with themselves. We need to stay away from people like that. The course itself is very debatable and has more cons then pros but its more of a personal view of how and where you take it.
