Sometimes we are forced to use more then one place because of different availability. I have used cgars 3 times now I think and every single time it has been a second to none experience.

I look forward to trying some of their exclusive cigars which will come in due course I prefer my cigars to my own humidity so they will rest for a while to be at my optimum before smoking..

I have 3 shoe shops and have vast experience in dealing with picky, tricky and sometimes difficult customers. This is also the first time I have ever left anyone or any business a review but felt forced to share my thoughts as I am utterly taken aback at the service provided.
Firstly Id like to state that this is not the first time I have used CGARS, I have indeed spent plenty of money with them before.
On this occasion I bought 2 montecristo no2s, a cigar stand and a colibri cigar cutter. Upon delivery, I emailed CGARS that the release button on the cutter was faulty (attaching pictures aswell) - Someone should have checked before dispatch but no problem, these things happen. They emailed me back that they would send me another cutter along with a returns label for the faulty one. Lovely I thought a few days later my parcel comes another faulty release button and also no returns label for the previous faulty cutter! So I email them again (again with pictures)
Michelle Brown (the lady Im dealing with) barely apologises with no explanation as to why such poor service has taken place. She then decides that apparently the release button should be bent, angled and faulty. Oh and that maybe I should buy another cutter.
Im so stunned by their lack of service that I dont even want my money back, I will just proceed to send them one cutter back and the other I have paid for, I will just throw in the bin. Disgusting.
