I have walked 15 mins to the Store and carried 4 boxes with me to drop-off at their Collect+.
I have arrived 7 mins before the stated closing times and found the Store door was closed.
I stand there for few minutes Google-ing the next Store for drop-off when the door open and a customer was let out of the Store (probably their expected last one).
When I tried to enter I was rejected saying they were already closed!
No kindness and flexibility despite my kind words & begging although I was on the right telling them the correct time at my phone -still 3 minutes before closing time!
No grudge hold, but I need to rate them with the bad customer service I had experience.
