ALERT STAY AWAY! These 5 star reviews are obviously fake. They fitted a new keyboard to my macbook and the bottom row of keys are sinking through the grill. They said it is not their responsibility as the keys work, and I will now need a new palm rest to fix the problem which they will fit for me! I requested a replacement keyboard as around 5 keys weren't working otherwise everything was fine with my old keyboard and it was properly fitted. I asked what type of keyboard do they fit what model etc. They said there is only one type for my macbook so it would be a proper apple replacement. They're now say it is not an apple keyboard and I should have specified, plus the fact my mac is a refurb means my laptop is probably at fault. In short, they will lie and twist everything you say to imply your equipment is at fault. Plus, I was told I signed the receipt to say it was working on pick up. That is true, the keys that had stopped working are now working, but it wasn't til I got home and started using it I noticed the fn, cntrl and arrows keys are sinking through the grill when you put pressure on them. When I arrived for pick up last night the shop was closing, the shopkeeper didn't demonstrate or explain the work done, he said check it and watched from across the shop almost as if he was seeing whether I'd notice. Added to that when I called up to book it in they said they had the keyboard in stock. When I got to the shop they didn't have it in stock but would order it. I waited a week and wasn't called as promised, so the whole thing was pretty shoddy from the start and doesnt align with this 5 star messages. I would not trust this shop they offer cheap and dishonest services, hence the cheap prices. If you want a badly fitted keyboard for 70 then go for it. Clearly, its worth paying extra and dealing with honest brokers. I saw the fake reviews and cheap prices I thought I was onto a winner, I've been mugged!

My laptop presented with a black screen although the issue was not the screen. I took it to Quickfix where I was received in friendly open manner my laptop was checked overnight and since it was not an issue which could be fixed I pick up my laptop without any charge for the checks they carried out. I am genuinely impressed with their business principals and attitude to all their customers. I am so grateful and recommend their good service for anyone interested here.

Disappointing. Charged 65 up front to reinstall Windows after an update failed. Never got a call back when enquiring about progress despite several promises to the contrary. A month or so later I ring them and the answer is No, we can't do anything. Technically they may be brilliant but customer service and communications suck, hence the two star rating. They asked me to email my complain, so I did. Here it is Hi, Thanks for replying. I know you have a good reputation in the area both from friends and from Google. However, in this instance something went wrong. I first contacted you about ten days after the unit had been dropped off and then ten days or so after that. The second time I called I was told the unit had been sent to your other store in Southall and that someone would be calling me back. No one ever did. I followed up a week or so later and was again told someone would call me back straight away. No-one did. Having paid 65 up front I have no way of knowing whether anyone even looked at it before declaring it unrepairable. I do not believe this is the case at all. However, it's not a good look. The job was to reinstall Windows on a Teclast Tbook that had bricked during a Windows 10 update. What did you try? Is the SSD removeable? If so can another be installed. Can it be formatted outside the machine and then given a clean install of Win 10? I have no idea. If your comms had been better one of your technicians could have told me what the problem was and we'd have been fine. I understand that not everything can be fixed and that time needs to be paid for. It's a shame that my first experience of QuickFix has been less than stellar.
