        I had an end of tenancy clean done by Doves and they delivered on exactly that. Dave was professional and very communicative and performed the cleaning with a short amount of notice. The cleaning job itself was very thorough and all mould from bathrooms completely gone! We got our full deposit back on our rented flat. Will use them again in future and recommend highly.         Why is there only 5 stars?! Doves were called out last minute to clean my bathroom after two squirrels had burrowed and fell THROUGH my ceiling! The mess was indescribable and i was scared and heartbroken but the cleaner that came was so professional, understanding, and kind, and the attention to detail in cleaning was incredible. They salvaged many items that I would have thrown away. The company communicated with me exceptionally well at all points and the service was honestly wonderful. Every inch of my bathroom was deeply cleaned as the squirrels had left.lets say.a few wet patches and lots of dirty nesting material that had fell through ceiling. At the end, the place looked brand new and sparkling clean and I was able to finally feel calm. The service cleaner was amazing and i am so grateful to him. So understanding of the situation and cleaned like it was his home. Please do not hesitate to use this company. Every experience is different but i would not be writing such a review if they were not fantastic. I will be recommending them to everyone and have put their number in my contacts. It was a thoroughly professional service but with such care and compassion. Services: Cleaning & disinfection, Deep clean
