        Horrible customer service, staff are rude 1 person working while the que has reached outdoors. I used to bank at Portman square branch and regret that is has been closed down as it was the best bank nationwide has ever had!!

        Worse Bank ever! Staff not helpful at all, laughing and chatting between them and long queue never ending! Totally disappointed.

        Now my local branch. Dont need to go often but helpful when I have been. Due to location often filled with customers needing fairly detailed help which can mean long wait times.

        Would recommend visiting another branch if you need to do anything more than a simple transaction like taking out or depositing money. Might have been bad luck with the cashier but I had to wait in line for 15 mins only to be told by a cashier you had to phone. If I could have done it online or over the phone I would have done!!
